Today - Sunday, Nov. 20th - I saw my First of the Year Purple Sandpiper on the rock jetties at the north end of Tybee Island. It was alone, not hanging out with any Ruddy Turnstones. The weather was almost too nice - did not see any loons, grebes, gannets, or ducks. Diana
